QUESTIONS about our Program?


If you have any question about our Gender Selection Program, or if you are
one of our valued members and need our assistance, we will be glad to help!

We love to assist you with any question you may have. But we are currently experiencing a few issues with our 'Customer Support' system because it is
not being used like it should.

We are frequently receiving several tickets form the SAME person within a very short time frame (24 to 36 hours) concerning the exact same question/issue.

This abusive use of our customer support system is causing serious problems
for us to manage and keep track of all those duplicate tickets posted.

By creating several ticket in the system, the users are substantially slowing down the processing time. The bottom line for everyone is that it takes longer to receive a personal reply...   :o(

We have a LOT of couples to assist but we do reply to each and every ticket posted in the system. Please rest assured that you will receive a reply within
5 business days (excluding week-ends & holidays).

Another BIG problem we are experiencing is with those of you with email accounts from either 'Hotmail' or 'Yahoo' or 'AOL' and all those "FREE" email account service providers. Most of these companies have very sensitive incoming email filters and they either 'delete' or put GOOD emails (like the
ones from us...!) in your Spam/Junk mail folder!!!

We are then receiving unpleasant messages and being falsly accused of not responding when in fact, our replies have been deleted by your email account filters or are simply sitting in your Spam/Junk mail folder. The words 'sex' and 'baby' are very often being filtered as spam/junk mail. Please try to remember that before 'jumping to the guns' and being unfair to our devoted customer support team members...

Our customer service team is available to you 45 hours per week

From Monday to Wednesday:  9:00am to 4:00pm (Eastern Standard Time)

AND...

From Thursday: 9:00am to Friday 9:00am  (Eastern Standard Time)

CLOSED on Fridays.

We are mothers too...! We are closed on week-ends and holidays.
